Tradie Essentials Official
Last updated: 6/10/2026

These terms apply to promotions, bundles, and bonus offers run by Tradie Essentials Official. Each promotion below has its own conditions. Our Refund Policy also applies to all products purchased as part of a promotion.

Promotions run for a limited time and may be changed or ended at any time. Orders placed while a promotion is running will still receive the advertised bonus items.

Free Holiday Voucher Promotion

What's Included

Eligible orders of the 1L TuckerBox include a complimentary [3-7] hotel accommodation voucher. The voucher is supplied and fulfilled by Global Vacation Reward / Redeem Vacations, an independent third party. It is not supplied by Tradie Essentials Official.

The voucher will be sent to you via email within 24 hours of your order confirmation.

Costs You Will Need to Pay

The hotel accommodation itself is complimentary. However, redeeming the voucher is not free of cost. To activate it, you must prepay nightly booking and service fees. These fees vary by destination and can change at any time.

You are also responsible for all other costs, including:

  • Flights and transfers
  • Food and drinks
  • Tips
  • Resort fees, where applicable
  • Surcharges for Friday or Saturday nights or peak dates
  • Any other personal expenses

Key Conditions

  • Activation: You choose your destination online. You must then pay the booking and service fees within 7 days to activate your voucher.
  • Destination is locked in: Once fees are paid, your destination cannot be changed.
  • Fees are non-refundable: Once paid, booking and service fees cannot be refunded, and the booking cannot be transferred.
  • Travel window: You must travel within 18 months of activation.
  • Booking notice: You must book at least 30 days in advance.
  • Confirmed bookings are final: Once dates are confirmed, they cannot be changed. Cancelling or not showing up means you lose the fees you paid.
  • Availability is limited: Rooms are subject to availability. School holidays, Christmas, Easter, and other peak periods are generally unavailable. Some destinations may be blocked out at short notice because of events.
  • Hotels may change: Destinations and hotels shown in advertising are examples only and may change.
  • Distance requirement: You must live at least 160 km (in a straight line) from the destination hotel.
  • Check-in requirements:

At least one guest must be 21 or older.
The main guest needs a Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card and valid government-issued ID.

  • Room occupancy: Most rooms fit 2 to 4 people. Not all hotels accept children.
  • One stay per year: One voucher may be used per household in a 12-month period. Group travel is not permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used back to back.
  • No resale: The voucher has no cash value. It cannot be sold, bartered, or exchanged, and it is void if bought or bartered.

Third-Party Terms Apply

Your use of the voucher is governed by the provider's full terms and conditions, which you can read at globalvacationreward.com/terms. The provider may change those terms without notice. Please read them before activating.

All bookings, fee payments, availability, changes, and travel arrangements are handled directly between you and the provider. Tradie Essentials Official does not control them and is not responsible for them.

Returns and Refunds

The voucher has no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or a discount. If you choose not to use it, the price of the TuckerBox is not reduced.

If your TuckerBox is refunded for any reason, an unactivated voucher becomes void. Fees you have paid to the provider are a matter between you and the provider.

Your Consumer Rights

This promotion does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law in relation to your TuckerBox. An issue with the voucher, the booking process, or your holiday is not a fault with the TuckerBox, and it is not grounds for a refund, replacement, or return of the TuckerBox.

Changes to This Promotion

Tradie Essentials Official may change or end this promotion at any time. Orders placed while the promotion is running will still receive their voucher.
