What's the minimum for bulk pricing?
Bulk pricing starts at 10 units. Need fewer than that? Grab them straight from the store and take advantage of our Buy 2 deal.
Can we mix colours, sizes and products?
Yes. Mix TuckerBox™ colours, 1L and 1.5L, Titan Workwatches™ and HydroMasters™ in one order. Your tier is based on the total number of those units.
Can I have my logo on them?
Yes, on orders of 400 units or more. Send your logo with your quote request and we’ll confirm the branding options and lead time before you commit.
How long does delivery take?
Every bulk order is different, so delivery times depend on the quantity, products and any branding. Once we’ve confirmed your order with our manufacturer and team, we’ll give you an estimated delivery date before you lock anything in.
Do you supply a tax invoice?
Yes. Every bulk order comes with a tax invoice showing GST, made out to your business.
Are bulk orders covered by the guarantee and warranty?
Yes. Every unit carries the same 60-Day Guarantee and 6-Month Warranty as a single order. If one unit has a fault, we sort that unit out directly with you.
How do we pay?
By card through a secure checkout link, or by bank transfer on invoice. Orders ship once payment clears.
